How can you get involved?
A Foundation, created by and for team-mates, to support them in their commitments.

Our criteria for submitting a project to the Decathlon Foundation :
Here are the Decathlon Foundation's criteria for supporting projects:
Sustainable projects
We only support initiatives lasting more than a year, to ensure lasting impact and lasting change.
One-off events (solidarity races, sponsorships, tombolas, etc.) are not included in our support criteria.
Focus on vulnerable populations
We exclusively support projects aimed at people in situations of social, economic or physical vulnerability, in order to guarantee access to the benefits of sport for those who need it most.
Involvement of our employees
Decathlon employees must be humanly involved in the project (sharing sporting moments with the beneficiaries; supporting them in their professional integration via workshops, etc.). This is why we only support projects in countries where Decathlon is present.
Sport integration
Each initiative must include sport or physical activity at the heart of its project as a means of social change.
In partnership with associations
We only work with non-profit organizations that share our values.

How to submit a project
STEP 1:
The project you wish to submit to the Decathlon Foundation must meet a few key criteria: it must be long-term (at least 1 year), actively involve Decathlon teammates, and help people in vulnerable situations to access the benefits of sport.
STEP 2:
To develop your project with the Decathlon Foundation, you'll need to get in touch with a project manager from the Decathlon Foundation team and find Decathlon teammate(s) from a nearby store or site who will collaborate with you and volunteer for the project.
STEP 3:
You will collaborate with your Decathlon teammate to produce a detailed dossier of the project's objectives, operations and impact, with the support of the Foundation team's project manager.
STEP 4:
Once your application has been approved, you will be invited to a presentation before our Board of Directors, who will decide whether the Decathlon Foundation will support your project.
