Accessibility Statement
Decathlon is committed to making its digital products accessible in accordance with Article 47 of Law No. 2005-102 of February 11, 2005.
To this end, Decathlon is implementing the following strategy and actions:
- The project to bring tools up to standard in terms of digital accessibility was launched in June 2021.
- The Decathlon Foundation website has been identified as a priority tool to be addressed.
- Each audit is accompanied by a report and summary. A contact person is identified for each tool in order to monitor the improvement process that has been launched. An action plan with shared objectives is then put in place to improve the use of our tools.
- Decathlon has chosen to base all of its accessibility statements on the RGAA. As the RGAA is a transposition of European standard EN 301 549 V3.2.1, which is itself based on the international standard WCAG 2.2, Decathlon ensures that it complies with this regulation for all its digital products in France and internationally, and that it meets the European Accessibility Act (EAA) directive.
- The multi-year accessibility plan for 2026–2028 and its action plan are currently being drafted.
This accessibility statement applies to www.fondationdecathlon.com.
